Cooper is a blue Quaker. He is flighted due to a previous leg injury. His band was removed for surgery. He is friendly and highly food motivated. His most frequent phrases are “want a treat” “come here” and “awwww… baby”. My family is completely broken hearted over losing him. His companion parrot is very depressed as well.
