Parakeet / Budgie,
Small, blue, black and white feathers, dark blue above it’s beak.
Was able to safely put in cage with toys and food/water in the hse.
Seems to be a male and does have a band on left leg.
Still looking for the owner- Found in the gardens, Summerlin 89135 –
