We found this budgie hanging out with a flock of sparrows in the neighborhood around Country View Elementary School in Verona. We convinced him to climb into a bird cage containing a speaker playing budgie noises. He’s currently playing with toys and clicking at a mirror. Description: White head. Darker blue chin spots on both sides of face. Light blue chest. Light gray on wings.
