Louie, my 6yr old Indian Ringneck, flew from Treasure Island Webster Lake on Memorial Day! Louie was spotted Wednesday 5/31 in Oxford the next town over talking to a dog on a couple porch on Fort Hill Road! Louie is very friendly when comfortable and loves to talk, play peekaboo, watch bird videos on the phone. Please let him inside if he come to your place it will be easier to get him!
