Found on Lupin Way San Carlos ça 94070. Was observed drinking from the kiddie pool with children in it!
We had a parrot experienced neighbor respond. He was able to lure the bird to take a Walnut, two pecans, and a pistachio out of his hand but he would not step up onto his finger. The bird did fly down to investigate flock sounds playing on a loop. The neighbor returned at dusk with a drop cage but no sighting, possibly roosting for the night.
