I am not sure if this is the correct form to use as I do not have the bird with me and have not been able to entice it down. This bird is at Imperial Ln and 204th Ave, Aloha, OR, 97003, high in pine trees in the yard of a house at the northward corner. His name is Joey and he is a green quaker. I heard parrot sounds and went to investigate and the owner came by moments later. I have the owner’s phone number; they live nearby. However, they have not been able to get him to try to fly down. He is making constant contact calls that become more frantic when people start to leave. They have left a cage with food at the base of the tree. I told them I would post to Parrot 911 for them and am trying to print out the instructions for a lost parrot from the Parrot 911 page to leave at the cage (but my printer is not working well).
