Friendly green Conure bird appeared on a neighbors fence this past wknd in Centreville off 28 and Old Centreville Rd. – is green with red and red tail…has a tag on its ankle. Please claim if lost and is yours only 5712126574. a neighbor is keeping him for a couple of weeks and will not give him away or sell him – she will wait for the owner to find him and if not she will call a local bird shelter to take him in in case the owner ever comes forward.
