Scooter loves phones! If he approaches and you have your phone, play parakeet videos and he’ll stay! He also knows his name and will respond by tweeting, saying it back, or if you say “Scooter Up!” He will perch on your finger. He says other words too, including “Mommy”.
He’s never been outside before! He’s very social but doesn’t like to be pet so don’t try to pet him if he perches on your finger!
