She is sky blue with a white head and has dark wings and tail and a legband (number unknown). Just seen 8/30 on Albion Rd. just east of Prospect Rd. Answers to “Julie” or “Boobird”. Voice mail at above number. Text to 440-783-2520. She is a rescue and not hand-tamed. Does not bite hard. Best to drop a long thick towel over so she can’t crawl out.
