Splits is a 1 year old domestic pigeon with splay leg and a missing toe. He does not have a leg band on. Splits cannot walk to stand well, it takes a lot of effort for him to stand on 1 leg like in the photo, but you can see the missing toe in this photo. Splits can fly.
