There is a beautiful parakeet with a long dark dark tail in my back yard feeding with the birds. He obviously is someone’s pet. I’m trying to catch it, but if you’ve lost this bird, please contact me. This bird is hanging around Hoover Ave in the Richmond Heights area. 314 402-3191.
