Speckles was a rescue so she has missing feathers on the back of her neck that will never grow back, the follicles are damaged. That gives her fluffy head an incongruous look. Her crest has a cowlick, one feather askew to the left if she is looking at you head on. No band.
She is not hand tame as she was abused in previous homes. She has landed on me/my hand for millet, and she goes nuts for zupreem fruitblend- which isn’t her regular diet. She is about 5 and has a brother and mate bonded tiel here at home. We need her back.
