I just lost Chobi, a Lutino Cockatiel in Pearl City, Twinview Terrace in Manana, on 5/25/22, AM. He’s handfed and just made 3 years old in April. He doesn’t speak, but he loves to whistle Aadams family not very well, and enjoys the whistles of Andy Griffith, Jeopardy, and Castle theme songs. He’s very friendly and will hop onto any hand. He has a slight hairline fracture mark on his upper beak. His wings are clipped, but I guess he can fly when startled, especially from the sound of the Ring doorbell. The sound startled Chobi and he flew up over our roof from my shoulder. I searched my rooftop, around our house, neighbors, and around our block. He is on my shoulder most of the day. He has never been outside this long, and I don’t know how resilient he is in the wild. I’m worried for his survival. If you spot him, please reach out to me through this post. He is missed dearly. Thank you.
