He is the smallest of the amazon he is white fronted Amazon, only 5 years old, he calls out “Hola Paquito” and whistle. Always been an inside parrot. Please help!
He’s all green with white front and shade of blue, purple and red on end of wings, he says “hola Paquito” and whistles, he’s never been an outdoor parrot so not sure if he can fly high.
