My neighbor found this parakeet corner of Pearl and Belmont st. He had cats and didn’t have a means to care for her so I took her in. She was very hungry and tired so could have flown for a while. She’s eating and drinking fine now, even playing with some toys I had for birds. Hope to find her owner.
