I am not including the species of parrot found as I want to insure that the right owners claim their bird. The bird was found on the corner of Shade Avenue and Ringling Boulevard on August 8th 2011. It appears to be older and is terrible plumage from plucking. The bird also has been on a seed diet. Overall, it appears to have a very sweet demeanor and is quite handle-able.
