Found in east Oakland around Havenscourt & 67th. Understands basic commands – very polite & friendly. Trimmed nails & feathers aren’t very long so maybe missing less than a month or so at most? This bird is safe now, inside a two parrot household so we are in good shape – just trying every method to find the family! Registered as Found at Oakland Animal Shelter – should be the only parrot on their website.
