Male budgie. Have had him for 5 years now. Place out millet or seeds or a cage. He likes landing on people’s heads, so bonus points if you have dark brown hair like me. He also is attached to this water bottle lid I have which is pastel pink, I give him water when he gets picky about his water bowl even if it is clean. You can try that.
