Celia is an extremely friendly lutino cockatiel. She has no fear of people and will easily roost if offered a finger. She flew off after my son forgot she was on his shoulder and he went out. She will respond to a “wolf” whistle by whistling back, although a pretty imperfect version!
She is light yellow and white with a large crest. Will not bite!
