Spotted blue and gold Macaw in a tree in SW 187TH AVE. Tried to lure it down for hours but no luck. It looks friendly so it definitely belongs to someone. It ended up flying into a neighbors backyard but the neighbors won’t let us try to catch it, they flat out ignored us.
