Marley is a light blue budgerigar who loves mirrors and toys that jingle. He’s about 2 years old. His wings are not fully grown yet, they were clipped, although his right wing is almost fully grown and his left wing is mid-grown. He has a blue cere. He is quite friendly and will gladly hop onto your finger. His chirp is quite distinct and loud. I do not know the band number on his foot, I do remember that is started with the letter A.
