No band. The end of her tail is slightly greyish but overall very yellow through out. Orange cheeks stand out. We believe she is female but was never confirmed. Does not sing and a very sweet bird. Her name is cookie and is over a year old. Wings have not been clipped.
Cookie is a year old and hates being alone and screams when there’s no human in sight of her. She use to have a leg band but the vets removed it without permission (not sure why). She’s got red orangey cheeks, faded yellow top, white from the bottom. She LOVES water, is into seeds, broccoli, and pallets for food, prefers seeds. Tortilla chip is her RARE treat but she loves it when she is rewarded. She has heavy breathing and bad stamina so she couldn’t have flown too far off, but I was told they can fly miles away from town (50 mile radius). Cookie left because she was taken by hand outside by another family member, she than saw me and flew to me but was startled and made a 180 turn and flew toward Wold Rd in Westchester by a Walgreens and Apartments. I think she flew to the Westchester IL Golf Course and we checked there but anyone who gulfs there please keep an eye out.
