Icarus aka Ick or Icky is a bright blue (turquoise) with a white head & black & white markings. He is capable of speech & has a fairly large vocabulary for a parakeet. He escaped when his cage was overturned by a large gust of wind. This happened April 08, 2020 in St. Peters MO near Rabbit Run Park or the intersection of MidRivers Mall Dr & Mexico Rd in the Crystal Lakes Estates neighborhood.
