Found small yellow/ Turquoise parakeet today (2/4/2020). It was walking in the road on Yosemite/B street in Modesto. It’s safe for now and we will keep it as long as we have to. It has a cage and toys food/water. Must provide proof of ownership for this bird if you want to claim it. We will be taking it to the vet tomorrow to have it checked out and have notified vet offices of this find as well.
