Traveling and happened across a yellow parakeet (I do not know birds, guessing Lutino Budgie based off Google search). Found near the Air Force Inn on Kadena AB on Okinawa, Japan. Definitely domesticated, flew up to me and friends. I gave it water and then let it go on recommendation from security forces. It returned several times so now I have it roosting on a clothes hanger in my hotel bathroom for the night. Tomorrow I will try to find a veterinary clinic who can care for it better than I am able to. I do not have an international phone while traveling so messaging through this website is best way to reach me.
