This is a yellow budgie with green feathers. She is small and has a legband. She doesn’t know her name but she is very talkative. She also doesn’t like the sun or cold. Please find her I’m worried about her. She’s too little and cute! She also has a pink spot right above her beak. Around her face she has some black spots.
