Found blue Parakeet on a loading dock at the Alliant Energy Center on Wednesday, 9/18. Friendly and very hungry!
(A picture of this found parakeet is on the Craiglist posting — the bird looks to be more teal on the body with pale yellow and white on the head and wings — the bird is also a male because of the blue on the top of the beak.)
