Friendly cockatiel, came into my hand pretty quickly and let me bring it inside. Originally found the cockatiel outside my window around 3:30pm on Sept. 23-19, and brought it to the Brooklyn Animal Care Center (2336 Linden Blvd. Brooklyn, NY 11208) around 5pm. They said they will find another rescue to adopt out the bird, so I do not know how long it will be at the Animal Care Center.
