Sighting: A blue budgie was see on the sidewalk across the street from Frances Street Park in Hillsboro, OR. It was pecking around the ground, but flew up onto a fence around the housing development there, and then unfortunately flew away and lost track of it. My SO went into the neighborhood to see if anyone was looking for a bird, but the only person he found didn’t know anyone who might be looking for one.
