Small, young-ish looking white cockatiel with yellow crest/face, orange cheeks. Found on/or around 7/31 in Franklin Park, Il. Seems to be young, sings and whistles a lot, but cant make out what any of it is. Took to vet, appears happy and healthy…eats (a lot!) and drinks water, etc. Please call 630-336-9981 if owner.
