Alex is a yellow/green budgie with a sweet personality. He has a small dark spot on the lower left of his beak, from a scuffle he and our Cockatiel. He talks a bit if he’s comfortable. Can say “Good bird, What you doing?, My name is Alex…” He’s less than a year old. Thanks for any help.
